We’re recruiting for an HSE Coordinator to join our team to lead CAV’s approach to ensuring a robust culture of compliance to all health, safety and environmental matters.

Using knowledge of industry best practice and current legislation, the HSE Coordinator will:

  • Drive and maintain the continual improvement of employee health, safety and welfare, as well as environmental management through communication, promotion and development.
  • Manage the compliance audit processes and timely close-out of non-conformances.
  • Provide hands-on support for risk reduction activities.
  • Lead investigations into any accidents, near misses or breaches of policy.
  • Provide management information to allow ease of analysis and determination of root cause.
  • Facilitate and coordinate policy development, maintenance and training.

 

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Confidence in advising managers and delivering all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment management.
  • Numerate, with the ability to produce and present reports and statistics.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with wide range of people inside and outside of the organisation.
  • Minimum qualification – NEBOSH.
