IT Apprentice

We have a great opportunity for someone to join CAV as an IT Apprentice. As part of this apprenticeship, the successful candidate will learn how to:

• Solve technical and applications problems
• Provide technical support to users through a range of communication channels
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Establish and diagnose problems/faults using troubleshooting methods and tools

Our ideal candidates will have the following:

• A genuine interest in working in IT
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good communication skills
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping
• Hardworking and enthusiastic

The successful candidate will work with Derwentside College to support their apprenticeship.
