Two CAV employees, supply chain manager Lisa Atkinson and manufacturing operator Stephen Marshall, have both celebrated their 25th working anniversaries.
Both long service employees, they have very different roles. Lisa manages CAV’s supply chain team, purchasing relevant materials, PPE, and other necessities to keep the company afloat. Stephen works on CAV’s shopfloor, carefully manufacturing riveted GA panels that go on the wings of variety of aircrafts.
Lisa and Stephen were rewarded with a cheque of £1,000 each as a token of appreciation for their long and dedicated service to the company, with vice president of quality Kevin Diston presenting to Lisa, and our new vice president of operations Phil Spellman presenting to Stephen.
Starting their CAV careers in February of the new millennium, it is a show of their true dedication to the company.
Kevin Diston, who has worked with Lisa and Stephen for many years said: “Both employees have witnessed the company’s evolution for 25 years! Their presence has been a constant source of stability and guidance.
“At CAV we are lucky to have employees who have been with us for long periods of time, and we are grateful for their contributions to this company, and it wouldn’t be what it is today without them. I wanted to say a personal thank you to them for being an example of commitment and perseverance, including their invaluable contributions on CAV’s ongoing evolution.”
