Celebrating 25 Years with Les at CAV

Dispatch coordinator, Les Robinson, recently celebrated his 25th anniversary at CAV. Working within our despatch team, Les coordinates and liaises with transport companies and customers to get their goods out on time, ensuring parts leave the facility in good condition and in safe hands.

As a show of gratitude for his service and to mark this incredible milestone, CAV presented Les with a £1,000 cheque for his long service.

With an emotional presentation, Les said: “it is hard to believe that I have been working hard here for the last 25 years. The passage of time just seems to fly by. There have been quite a few changes over the years, and in my opinion, it has become a much nicer place to work. You never quite know what life has in store for you, so it was good to know that lots of my friends and colleagues wished me well and sent kind messages. With that in mind, it was lovely to receive a cheque from the company and the management team. I will put it to good use.”

Starting his CAV career in December of 1999, it is a testament to the company’s dedication to keeping staff professionally managed and happy at this market-leading aerospace ice protection business.
