Returns

To return an item please follow the below procedure:

An RMA form must be completed and submitted to our Customer Services team before sending your return to us.

• Download and complete the above RMA form
• Send the RMA to customerservice@cav-systems.com
• We will then review your request and send you return instructions

This form must be received and acknowledged by us in writing. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping your item – unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
