CAV Systems Shortlisted for Two Awards

CAV have been shortlisted for not one but two awards in the annual Insider Media Made in the North East awards.

With nominations in the Automotive, Aerospace & Rail, and Manufacturer of the Year (below £25m) categories, the CAV team are very much looking forward to the awards ceremony, which takes place on the 14 March (2024) at the Hilton Hotel Newcastle Gateshead.

Now in its 12th year, the awards showcase the region’s top-performing manufacturing and engineering businesses, across a diverse range of categories, including Export, Manufacturing of the Year and Apprentice of the Year.

Mike Eggleston, CEO of CAV Systems: “We are absolutely thrilled to be shortlisted in two awards categories. The awards are always hotly contested, so it is real honour to be recognised alongside such amazing businesses.

“Last year, we won the regional Apprentice of the Year and Export categories so to be shortlisted once again is absolutely fantastic, and testament to the hard work of the entire team.”

Judged by an independent panel of experts, and with similar events taking place across the UK, the winners of each category will go to represent their respective areas in the Made In the UK national final later this year.
