Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. By entering this prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The draw is organised by CAV Systems Ltd, whose registered address is No. 1, Industrial Estate, Consett, DH8 6SR, United Kingdom.
Eligibility to Enter
3. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. Our prize draws and competitions are free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Persons who have completed all the questions of the survey before midnight on Friday 23 February 2024 will be entered into the prize draw.
6. CAV Systems will not accept responsibility for any entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
7. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact enquiries@cav-systems.com.
8. Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all except employees of CAV Systems, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
9. Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
10. CAV Systems reserve the right to refuse entry, or to refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
11. CAV Systems reserves all rights to disqualify an entrant if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw or competition.
The Draw
12. A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person within 14 days of the prize draw or survey close date.
13. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 14 days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to CAV Systems within 14 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and CAV Systems will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
14. The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to CAV Systems.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Limitation of Liability
16. CAV Systems will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of CAV Systems, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. The statutory rights of entrants are not affected.
Data Protection and Publicity
17. CAV Systems is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of entrants and will only use personal information supplied in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and CAV Systems Privacy Policy which is available on our website: https://www.cav-systems.com/privacy-policy/
18. Entrants agree that personal information provided as part of the entry held and used by CAV Systems to administer the competition.
